Portuguese experience: Implementing victim-offender mediation in two prisons

The aim of this presentation is to give the point of our project of implementing victim-offender mediation in two prisons in Portugal. We will use that to launch some reflections based on the organizational, practical and theoretical difficulties that arise from doing something new on a very stiff and complicated system.
